To a southerner a boiled peanut taste like a boiled peanut, but for those that have never experienced this southern treat typically compare it to a lima bean or a pinto bean. Lil' Red's Boiled peanuts are made to order. We boil the peanuts and hot pack the product at 180 degrees and hermetically seal the bags. We freeze the peanuts over night and ship 2-3 day priority mail or ground. The peanuts may arrive wet on the outside of the bag due to condensation.
